The office building is a modern construction intended for the employees of the cargo transportation and logistics company, which creates a cosy modern work environment.
When designing this building, the aim was to create a restrained, clearly shaped volume, an easy-to-read structure. The main idea of the designed building is a clear, rational shape dictated by the function of the building itself. The main volume of the building is minimalistic, rectangular in shape with large picture windows. The dark colour chosen for facades highlights the contrast with the large window areas and gives the construction playful liveliness.

The internal structure of the building is dictated by the shape of the building itself and the way the facades look. Workplaces are installed next to huge windows, thus filling the main work space with natural daylight, and common areas and amenity spaces for employees are designed in the middle of the building. The oval-shaped corridor separating the two work areas makes an allusion to the race track.
Natural materials, such as, glass, metal, timber, dominate in both exterior and interior finishing. The interior of the building is modern, minimalistic, reflecting the specifics of the cargo transportation company. The corporate colours of the company are used in common areas, dark green glass is combined with light walls, timber and black ceilings. Calm, non-distracting white colour dominates in the work areas.
