Project description

The architectural design of the interior of the real estate developer’s office reflects the Scandinavian view on the environment, thoughtful rationality, and moderate and highly-functional solutions.

  • Tasks set by the customer: Create a minimalistic, Scandinavian-style interior that would be pleasant for the staff, customers, and guests. The interior design must be sensible, economical, and contain no unnecessary embellishments. The solutions must be timeless and impervious to changing design trends.
  • Challenges: Because of the nature of the company’s activities, most of their work is done in meetings. The challenge was to find way to fit transformable meeting rooms of varied sizes into the central part of the floor, whilst saving enough space for a stairwell connecting different floors.
  • Benefits: Rational, low-key design solutions allowed the company to enjoy an office without the need to renovate for 10 years (and counting).
