During preparation of the detailed design for the building of the Klaipėda Police Headquarters and detention c, a number of specific requirements and problems related to the purpose of the buildings were solved.
The arrangement and layout-volumetric solution of the building of the Klaipeda County Police Headquarters and the adjacent building of the Detention Centre are determined by the configuration of the land plot, its location in the urbanised area of the city, surrounding development and engineering infrastructure. The Klaipeda County Police Headquarters is a five-storey building with a basement and technical floor on the roof.

The design and layout of the premises of the Police Headquarters take into account the functions performed by the relevant divisions or services of the Police Headquarters, the potential flow and intensity of visitors, and the specific requirements of the divisions. The detention centre has three floors with a technical basement and technical floor on the roof. The layout of the building, equipment and finishing are designed in accordance with the detailed requirements for the design of the premises for similar purposes.
