Demolition planning services

The demolition plan (for demolishing construction works of exceptional significance) contains the following:

  • the Explanatory Note indicating the purpose, address of the construction works, ways of managing construction waste based on their individual types, ways of using untreated construction waste;
  • the plan for organization of demolition works specifying the solutions for organization of demolition works, prepared according to the preparation principles applicable to the part of an engineering design related to preparation for construction and organization of construction activities.
